% 03.04.2018 It is submitted that petitioner no. 1 is daughter of respondent no. 2. Petitioner no. 2 is husband of petitioner no. 1. Property disputes between the petitioners and respondent no. 2 had led to registration of the FIR No. 584/2016 under Sections 420/468/471/34 IPC at police station Khajuri Khas. It is submitted that respondent no. 2 has settled the matter with petitioners of her own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, vide a Compromise Deed/Agreement dated 20th July, 2017. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Satyadev Panwar of police station Khajuri Khas.

Respondent no. 2 says that she has no objection in case FIR is quashed against the petitioners.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the parties voluntarily, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending.

Accordingly, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 584/2016 under Sections 420/468/471/34 IPC registered at police station Khajuri Khas and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
