The petitioners are aggrieved by the interim orders dated 25.04.2017 & 30.10.2017 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No.1305/2017, filed by the private respondents No.4 to 6. 2.
At the outset, we have enquired from Mr. A.K.Behera, learned counsel for the petitioners as to whether the Tribunal heard the argument on 14.12.2017, in terms of the earlier order dated 30.10.2017. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter did not reach on 14.12.2017 and was adjourned to 16.03.2018. He states that the petitioners would be satisfied if the Tribunal is directed to hear and decide the captioned O.A on the next date of hearing. W.P.(C) 16/2018

In view of the submissions made here in above, without making any observations on the merits of the present case, the petition is disposed of with the request to the Tribunal to make an endeavour to hear and decide O.A. NO.1305/2017 on the date fixed i.e. on 16.03.2018. 5.
