% 22.11.2018 The learned counsel for the State submits that the order of the President of India comes in the way of grant of any parole to the petitioner for the remainder of his life in prison till such time the said order is modified or set aside. Hence, the petition would not be maintainable. In the circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition. It is dismissed being not pressed. Liberty granted.
