By these petitions the petitioners seek bail in case FIR No. 283/2011 under Sections 302/34 IPC registered at PS Janak Puri, Delhi. 2.
Having perused the statements of the witnesses including those of the injured witnesses though this Court finds no ground to grant bail to the petitioners, however, considering the fact that the petitioners are in custody BAIL APPLN. 20/2018 and 248/2018
since September, 2011 and the trial has not concluded, learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of four months from the next date before the learned Trial Court, that is, 25th April, 2018. 3.
Petitions are disposed of.

Registry is directed to communicate the copy of the order to the learned Trial Court.
