So far as the issue of payment of balance decretal amount and the payment of Rs.20,000/- per month from 1.5.2015 to Mr. P.S. Ravindran is concerned, this issue has been pronounced upon by today's order in the interim applications in RFA Nos.262-265/2015, and therefore, such

grievance of the contempt petitioner will not remain. 3.

As regards other grievances alleged by the petitioner in this contempt petition with respect to non-user of the suit premises on account of certain illegalities committed by the respondents in this contempt petition is concerned, the petitioner of this contempt petition is at liberty in accordance with law to file appropriate proceedings against the respondents herein as this aspect is a matter of separate and a fresh cause of action. 4.

Contempt petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of aforesaid observations.
