In view of the above statement of learned counsel for the respondent, Complaint Case No. 2987/17 titled Punam Pathania Vs. M/s Nish Events & Food Services Pvt. Ltd. & Ors. pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Central District, Tis Hazari, Delhi is quashed qua the petitioner only.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infuructuous.
