Mr.Jasmeet Singh, CGSC for respondent submits that they have already complied with the order dated 24.05.2018 by taking the decision on 29.10.2018 which has been communicated to the petitioner. 2.

Copy of the order dated 29.10.2018 issued by the Central Registrar Co-operative Societies has been handed-over in the Court which is taken on record. Copy thereof has been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioners.

After going through the order, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail other remedies as available in law.
