O R D E R

% 07.03.2018 The proposed Arbitrator has filed his disclosure statement in terms of Section 11 (8) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. Having perused the same, I see no impediment in confirming his appointment as the Sole Arbitrator for adjudicating the disputes between the parties. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the arbitration may be held under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). I find the said request to be reasonable.

Accordingly, while confirming the appointment of Justice J D Kapoor (Retd.) (R/o H.No. 17, Sector-A, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi-110070, Mobile No. 9871257474) as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties, I direct that the arbitration shall be held under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and shall be subject to DIAC rules as to the procedure and the fee.

The petition is disposed of in above terms.
