1. The Court has been shown the written record of the Petitioner. On 3rd August, 2018, in the first medical examination, he was found unfit for two specific disabilities -Haemorrhoids and Hyperhydrosis. This was confirmed on the same date when he was examined for the second time by three other Specialists. 25 days later, on 28 August, 2018, he was further examined for the third time by at least three different Specialists. They again confirmed his unfitness on the above two grounds.

2. In the circumstances, the Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer of the Petitioner that he should be sent for one more medical examination.

3. The petition is dismissed.
