% 11.11.2024 The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. against the order dated 23.03.2017 passed by Ld. ASJ-03, West, Delhi in CRL.(R) No. 34/1/16 whereby the revision petition of the petitioner was dismissed on the ground of limitation, without deciding the same on merits. It was recorded in the order of this court dated 22.08.2023 that the petitioner has expired and to date, no application has been moved for impleadment of the legal heirs.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that the present petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 23.03.2017 passed by Ld. ASJ-03, West, Delhi dismissed the Revision Petition filed against the order of Ld. MM dated 16.09.2013 vide which the complaint filed by the deceased petitioner was dismissed.
