% 11.09.2025 EX.APPL.(OS) 675/2025 (filed on behalf of the decree holder seeking permission to withdraw the present petition) 1.

Mr. Rohit Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the decree holder seeks liberty to withdraw the instant petition. 2.

The prayer is vehemently opposed by Mr. Pratap Sahani and Mr. Shrey Chathly, learned counsel who appear for some of the Objectors. 3.

They contend that the petition should not be allowed to be withdrawn as the decree itself has been obtained by fraud. Needless to state that once a prayer for withdrawl of the petition itself has been made, there is no impediment in allowing the same. 5.
