Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge sheet was filed as far back as on 20.12.2016 and charge has not yet been framed. The matter is listed tomorrow for consideration of framing of charge.

It is expected that the Trial Court would consider the charge sheet and pass appropriate orders on framing of charge in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
