Hoon, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition, in view of the circumstance that an execution petition in relation to the subject ex-parte award dated 31st August, 2017, has already been instituted by them on 28th September, 2017, before the Registrar of Co-operative Societies. Leave granted.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. Pending application also stands disposed of.
