% 12.07.2018 Counsel for the respondent has brought to my notice order dated 3rd July, 2018 passed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench, Kolkata in CP (IB) No.593/KB/2017 and other connected petitions whereby the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Period (CIRP) has been extended by a further period of 90 days with effect from 3rd July, 2018.

In view of the above, as this petition cannot proceed till the adjudication of the dispute before the National Company Law Tribunal, the petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to revive the same, subject to the final order passed by the NCLT. NAVIN CHAWLA, J JULY 12, 2018/RN
