It is stated that parties have settled their disputes in terms of the settlement entered into between them before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on 20.9.2018. 2.

This appeal is therefore disposed of as per the agreed terms contained in the written Settlement Agreement dated 20.9.2018. Counsel for the respondents has handed over to the counsel for the appellant a pay order for a sum of Rs.20 lacs bearing no.165697 of HDFC Bank, Kalkaji, Nehru Enclave, New Delhi and which amount paid is in terms of the Settlement RFA No.94/2018

Agreement dated 20.9.2018. Counsel for the appellant has also given to the counsel for the respondents a cheque for a sum of Rs.1.20 lacs bearing no.001193 of Bank of Baroda, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi and which cheque is undertaken will be encashed on presentation. Counsel for the appellant has also handed over to the counsel for the respondents the original signed Rent Agreement in Court today and copy of which is placed on record. 3.

This appeal is accordingly disposed of in view of the compromise entered into between the parties and actions of payment and signing of Lease Deed as stated above.

Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre will send the original Settlement Agreement between the parties dated 20.9.2018 in this Court and the same will form record of this RFA.
