% 23.03.2018 The appellant has challenged the award dated 02nd August, 2017 passed by the Claims Tribunal. However, the aforesaid award has been set aside by this Court vide judgment dated 21st February, in MAC.APP.821/2017 titled Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. v. Devki Nandan Kumar filed by respondent No.1 and the matter has been remanded back to the Claims Tribunal. In that view of the matter, this appeal has become infructous and is disposed of. The pending applications are also disposed of.
