This is an application filed by the parties, inter alia, praying that the time for making the award be extended in terms of Section 29(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The learned counsel for the parties state that the matter is at the stage of final arguments before the Arbitrator. 2.

In the aforesaid view, the application is allowed and the time for making the arbitral award is extended by a further period of six months from 21.02.2018 (i.e. till 21.08.2018).
