% 08.08.2016 This petition has assailed the order dated 15.09.2015 passed by the District Judge who had endorsed the findings returned by the ATMCD.

At this stage, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that he has made a representation to the Department and if his representation dated 25.07.2016 is considered in accordance with law, he will not be pressing this petition. The respondent will dispose of this representation made by the petitioner in accordance with law on its merits. This petition is not pressed. It is disposed of. Needless to state that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the findings of the ATMCD, he is at liberty to approach this Court.
