O R D E R

% 29.11.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent nos. 3 & 4 state that they have resolved their disputes by way of a settlement agreement dated 28th November, 2016 executed before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Both the counsel state that their clients would abide by the terms of the settlement agreement dated 28th November, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that respondent nos. 3 & 4 have removed the illegal and unauthorised construction carried out by them in flat nos. 57 & 58, DDA, SFS Flats, Vasant Enclave, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi.

In turn, learned counsel for respondent nos. 3 & 4 further

assures this Court that no new illegal and unauthorised construction would be carried out by his clients.

The statements, assurances and undertakings given by learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent nos. 3 & 4 are accepted by this Court and the said parties are held bound by the same. In view thereof, present writ petition is disposed of as satisfied. MANMOHAN, J NOVEMBER 29, 2016 KA
