% 24.01.2018 After arguments, this appeal is not pressed, however, liberty is granted, of course in accordance with law, for the plaintiff to file a comprehensive suit for cancellation and consequential reliefs pertaining to the collaboration agreement dated 17.8.2009. Since the present suit is not maintainable as claimed, consequently, the appellant/plaintiff with respect to the pendency of the suit in court will be entitled to benefit of Section 14 of the Limitation Act and if such an application is filed in the fresh suit, the civil court will consider the same liberally in accordance with law.
