% 17.01.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he is pressing the petition only for issuance of a direction to the respondent no.2 to consider his representation dated 16th August, 2017, wherein he has sought demarcation of the land allotted to him by the respondent no.1.
Mr.Anuj Aggarwal, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.2 on advance notice, fairly submits that the said representation would be duly considered by the respondent no.2 and would be disposed of, after taking comments from the respondent no.1. It is, accordingly, directed that respondent no.1 would expeditiously give its comments to the respondent no.2 who will decide the petitioner's representation within eight weeks by passing a reasoned and speaking order.
The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. In case the petitioner is still aggrieved, he will be at liberty to take legal recourse as permissible in law.
