% 17.01.2018 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 were working in the same organization at the relevant time. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial matter, which led to registration of present FIR No. 689/2015 under Sections 354A/506/509 IPC at police station Nangloi on the complaint of respondent no.2.
Petitioner and respondent no.2 have now settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi Mediation Centre on 29th April, 2016; therefore, aforesaid FIR may be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Ranveer Singh of police station Nangloi.
She submits that she has settled the matter with the
petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and she has no objection in case the FIR is quashed. Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2 voluntarily and respondent no.2 has no objection in quashing of the FIR, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 689/2015 under Sections 354A/506/509 IPC at police station Nangloi and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
