A prior writ petition being W.P.(C) 5909/2017 relating to awareness issues of menstrual hygiene is pending before this court. By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks intervention of this court regarding accessibility, availability and affordability of menstrual hygiene products at community level. We are of the view that the prayers can very well be joined in the pending writ petition. 2.

In view of the above, Ms. Sija Nair Pal, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw this writ petition in order

to incorporate the prayers made herein in W.P.(C) 5909/2017. 3.
