An application, being CM APPL. 29489/2025, was moved on 15th May 2025, seeking restoration of the appeal. Same was withdrawn with liberty to file an appropriate application.

Thereafter, CM APPL. 31641/2025 was moved for restoration, on which, notice was issued on 22nd May 2025.

On 1st September 2025, the appeal was restored and parties sought time to file written synopsis.

On 27th January, 2026, Mr. C.S. Rathore, counsel for appellant, appeared through video conferencing and stated that he does not have the file with him and the matter was subsequently listed for today.
