% 25.07.2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that disputes between the parties, relating to proceedings under Section 138 NI Act, have been amicably settled and an amount of Rs. 1 lac has already been paid by the respondent to the petitioner. A copy of compromise deed has been handed over in the Court today. The same be taken on record.

Taking the statement of learned counsel for petitioner on record, petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
