% 14.01.2019 In spite of service, none appears for the respondent, though the matter has been passed over twice.

This petition has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for making of the Arbitral Award by the Arbitral Tribunal.

As none appears on behalf of the respondent, I see no reason not to extend the time for making of the Award.

The time for making of the Award is extended by a further period of six months with effect from 27.12.2018.

The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to cost. Dasti.
