% 22.01.2018 After some arguments, Mr Baruah, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant, in view of the instructions received by him to the effect that the appellant shall comply with the directions issued by this Court as well as the Family Court from time to time in the subject proceedings, seeks leave to withdraw this appeal with liberty to approach the learned Family Court in this behalf in the first instance, in accordance with law.
