Mr. S. N. Choudhri, Advocate who was appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks discharge as counsel for the petitioners. Accordingly, Mr. S. N. Choudhri is allowed to be discharged as the counsel for the petitioners. 2.

The present revision petition is filed under section 25-B(8) of Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 to impugn the judgment dated 25.08.2018 in ARC no.E-26039/2016 titled as Sh. Nand Gopal Jethi & Anr. V Shri Naveen Malhotra whereby the eviction petition preferred by the petitioner was dismissed.

The counsel for the respondent stated that out of the settlement, the vacant possession of the tenanted premises has already been handed over to the petitioners.

The counsel for the petitioner on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
