This application has been filed on behalf of Respondents No. 3 and 4 seeking a further period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the details as mentioned in the application to decide the issue of back wages. 2.

It is stated in the application that this Court vide judgment dated 28.08.2024 had allowed the writ petition and directed reinstatement of the Petitioner within four weeks with all consequential benefits. 3.

Insofar as the reinstatement is concerned, it is averred that the Petitioner has been reinstated pursuant to the directions, but the issue of back wages is yet to be decided as some more details are required.
