O R D E R

% 11.01.2019 Learned counsel for the parties have placed before me a Deed of Settlement dated 11.01.2019 (D.O.S.). Parties seek disposal of the captioned petition in terms of the D.O.S.

I have perused the D.O.S., the same is lawful. 2.1 The Registry, for the purpose of good order and record, will O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 1/2018 & O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 280/2018

scan and upload the original D.O.S. which has been placed before me in Court today.

Learned counsel for the parties are also agreed that the interim order passed by this Court on 25.12.2017, read with order dated 21.12.2018, should continue to operate till the petitioner pays a total sum of Rs.28,15,44,366/- to the respondent i.e. Religare Finvest Limited (in short 'RFL').

3.1 It is ordered accordingly.

I am also informed by the learned counsel for the parties that two counter-parts, in original, have been prepared of this very D.O.S., which are in the custody of the petitioner and RFL. 4.1 The statement of counsel is taken on record.

Needless to say, parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement.

Accordingly, as prayed by counsel, captioned petition and pending application shall be disposed of in the aforementioned terms. Consequently, the date already fixed, i.e. 05.02.2019, shall stand cancelled.
