% 25.11.2024 CS(OS) 694/2017 The matter is placed by the registry for calling Valuation Report qua properties:- i) Ground Floor with share in further development rights in land and building No.A-167, Defence Colony, New Delhi-110024, admeasuring 233 sq. yds.

ii) M-20,Chitgranjan Park, III floor with terrace fights. New Delhi-110019.

On the last date of hearing i.e. 10.09.2024, Mr. Parveen Kumr, Senior Assistant from SDM, Defence Colony, Delhi was present and had placed Valuation Report qua Defendant Colony property.

As per office note, Valuation Report filed by SDM, Kalkaji qua property at Chitranjan Park is on record. So, the Show Cause Notice to SDM, Chitranjan Park, Delhi, is recalled.

In view of above, no further orders are warranted at this stage and accordingly, the registry is directed to do the needful in this regard.
