It is upto him to withdraw his averments made in relation to the orders passed by the Tribunal whereby he has rebuked the Tribunal and described the order passed by the Tribunal as a criminal act. We may observe that in case the petitioner chooses to take such steps, the Tribunal may appropriately consider any such request made by the petitioner.
