% 23.05.2018 IA No. 7237/2018 This application is filed seeking refund of the court fees. It has been pointed that this court vide order dated 28.02.2018 had referred the parties to arbitration. Hence, it is prayed that under Section 16 of the Court fees Act as the disputes have been referred to one of the mode of settlement prescribed under Section 89 CPC, the plaintiff is entitled to refund of the court fees. The application is allowed.

The plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of the court fees. Necessary certificate to that effect be drawn.
