% 08.12.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the two prayers made by him in the present petition i.e. seeking transfer of investigation of FIR Nos. 458/2015, 634/2015 and 636/2015 have already been satisfied as the investigation in the three FIRs have been transferred to DIU, South District and as regards the prayer for legal action against the erring officers, departmental enquiry has already been initiated. Thus he does not press the present petition any further.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
