% 02.01.2018 After some arguments, the counsel for the petitioners who is also their mother, herself presently the sole defendant in the civil suit from which the present proceedings arise, submitted that she may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and instead press before the trial court for a decision on the application for impleadment before the issue of decree on admissions as sought by the opposite party is considered by the trial court.

The petition and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
