Sharma, advocate, on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in person, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith as the petitioner does not press the prayer for quashing of the criminal case arising out of FIR no.137/2018 involving offences punishable under Sections 343, 506, 509 IPC, Section 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 of police station Paschim Vihar though reserving the right to raise all defences at the appropraite stage in the trial before the concerned criminal court.
