% 14.12.2018 Petitioner contends that it was declared as L-1 bidder during the tender evaluation, finally. He complains that though the final process was completed in August 2018 and the result known to the parties, but the formal decision has yet not been indicated by the respondent. Appearing on advance notice, Mr. Gautam Narayan, Additional Standing Counsel for Govt. of NCT of Delhi submits that the tender finalisation would be completed in outer limit of two months. In view of the aforesaid submission, this court is of the opinion

that reasonable time, at least 8 weeks, could be given to the petitioner to deploy its guards in case the tender is to be awarded to the petitioner.
