The contention of the petitioner is that there is a very slow progress in the case and the Bench of the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission be directed to give early dates and expeditiously dispose of the complaint of the complainant. The order-sheets as placed on record do reflect that there has been a slow progress. Written statement was in fact taken on record only on 22.04.2014 when the complaint is of the year 2012. The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission shall endeavour to dispose of the complaint expeditiously.
