2. At the outset, learned counsel for the Respondents points out that the Petitioner has not exhausted the further remedy he has by way of revision before the Inspector General ('IG') of the CISF.

3. In that view of the matter, the present petition will be treated as the Petitioner's revision petition and will be placed before the IG forthwith for his consideration. The order, on the revision petition, if necessary after hearing the Petitioner, be passed within a period of six weeks from today

and the same be communicated to the Petitioner not later than two weeks thereafter. If the Petitioner is still aggrieved by the said order, it is open to him to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
