The application is signed by the plaintiff and his counsel and is supported by his own affidavit. The plaintiff is personally present in Court. Defendant No.5 is also present. The withdrawal is on account of a settlement arrived at between the parties. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the suit is dismissed as withdrawn.
