Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the order dated 20.09.2018 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in a batch of writ petitions, including W.P.(C)No.1807/2018, he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Special Task Force (STF).

Accordingly, the petition along with the pending application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 3.

It is expected that in case the petitioner submits a complaint before the STF, the same will be dealt with as per law in an expeditious manner.
