O R D E R

% 06.08.2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the contentions before the learned trial court. Learned counsel also submits that an appropriate direction may be passed for expeditious disposal.

In view of the submissions made, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the direction to the learned trial court to dispose of the matter expeditiously. However, it is clarified that this court has not gone into the merits of the case and no expression made herein shall tantamount to be an expression on the merits of the case.
