% 12.03.2019 Mr. Jagjit Singh has appeared in Court, today, with a panel of names, which is reflected in a communication dated 08.03.2019 addressed to the petitioner. Mr. Jagjit Singh says that the respondent is willing to appoint an Arbitrator out of panel of names indicated in the communication dated 08.03.2019. This stand, Mr. Jagjit Singh says is de hors his submission that the provisions of Clause 63 of the GCC was not adhered to by the petitioner.

Mr. Haider, who, appears for the petitioner, says that in order to hasten the process, the petitioner will indicate the names of two out of four persons indicated in the communication dated 08.03.2019 within a period of two weeks from today.

Given the stand taken by the parties, no further orders are required in the captioned petition.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

A copy of the communication dated 08.03.2019 is handed over to Mr. Haider, in Court, today.
