% 24.02.2016 By this petition filed under Section 482 of Cr. PC, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 391/2005 under Section 498A/34 of IPC, Police Station Anand Parbat, New Delhi.

The petition came up for hearing for the first time on 4th November 2015, when notice was ordered to be issued to respondent No. 2 for 12th January 2016. However the petitioner did not take steps and this court vide order dated 12th January 2016 directed the petitioner to take fresh steps to serve respondent No. 2 for today. Same is the position for today.

None appeared on behalf of the petitioner in the pre-lunch

session. Nobody is appearing on behalf of the petitioner even in the post lunch session. Apparently, the petitioner does not appears to be interested in pursuing the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
