% 27.01.2016 Respondents No.1 & 2 are served. However, no one appears on their behalf when the matter is taken up.

The valuation of the claims is less than Rs.1 crore. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that this matter may be transferred to the District Court being a commercial matter. In view of Notification No.27187/DHC/Orgl., dated 24th November, 2015 and in exercise of power conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act 23 of 2015), which came into force with effect from 26th October, 2015 vide Notification No.F.No.L-19015/04/2012-Jus dated 26th October, 2015 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Law, Justice & Company Affairs published in Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3 sub-Section (ii), as agreed, the present matter is transferred to the District Judge (South-East), Saket Courts, New Delhi. Petitioner to appear before the concerned Court on 16th February, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has assured

that he will inform the respondents about the orders passed by this Court, through regd. post.
