The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No. 0095/2018 under Sections 323/341/342/382/506/509/34 of the IPC registered with P.S. Vasant Kunj (South) and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed. The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no.2 (Smt Sunita).

The present petition is premised on a settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2. that may be involved in the case. However, the present petition was not disposed of on that date, since the petitioners were not present. 3.

The petitioners are present today and are identified by their counsel. They state that they have no grievance against respondent no.2. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and FIR No. 0095/2018 under Sections 323/341/342/382/506/509/34 of the IPC registered with P.S. Vasant Kunj (South) and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.
