% 11.02.2019 At the outset, a bare perusal of the one of the impugned orders dated 10.12.2018 reflects that there were costs imposed vide proceedings prior to the date 29.10.2018. Learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 & 9 has placed on record the copy of the order dated 02.08.2018 of the learned trial Court in CS 13970/2016 out of which the impugned order arises to the effect that a last and final opportunity was granted for PE for the date 29.10.2018 subject to payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- out of which Rs.5,000/- were directed to be deposited with the DLSA and the remaining to be paid to the defendants. Unless there is compliance of the said directions, the present petition cannot be heard. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to comply with the said directions, which be complied with within two days.

Renotify for 06.03.2019, till which date, the pronouncement of judgment by the learned trial Court is stayed. Copy of the order be given Dasti, as prayed.
