The impugned order dated 28.09.2015 of the learned Single Judge in these cases was passed relying upon an earlier order passed on 24.09.2015 in Mata Santoshi Devi Private ITI vs. Director General of Employment and Training and Others being W.P.(C) 8849/2015 and other connected Writ Petitions.

This Court has today pronounced judgment in appeal against the said order dated 24.09.2015 passed in W.P(C) No.8849/2015 being LPA No.705/2015 titled as 'Union of India vs. New Gyan Jyoti Private ITI & Ors.' and other connected appeals filed by the Union of India. In view of the said judgment the present appeals are also dismissed.
