The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.1192/2015 registered under Sections 354A/509/34 IPC and 12 of POCSO Act at PS Aman Vihar. Status report is on record.

By an order dated 20.11.2015, the petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation as and when required.
Undisputably, the petitioner has joined the investigation since then. The incident was not reported by the prosecutrix on 19.09.2015 and she merely informed her mother about a quarrel to have taken place. Subsequently, statement of the complainant was recorded before the representative of NGO and FIR in question was recorded on 24.09.2015 . Co-accused - Sanjay Kumar was granted interim protection in Bail Application 2237/2015 by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 16.10.2015. BAIL APPLN. 2492/2015

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, he be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. He shall, however, join the investigation as and when required.

The bail application stands disposed of.
