% 08.01.2016 The petitioner has joined investigation. This is confirmed by the learned APP for the State under instructions from the Investigating Officer. It is stated that the challan shall be filed within 15 days. Accordingly, in continuation of the order dated 16.10.2015, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Investigating Officer. He shall also appear before the Investigating Officer as and when summoned by the Investigating Officer.
